About the role
We're partnering with a global SaaS provider to hire an experienced Senior Application Development Manager to lead a high‑impact delivery team building and evolving a core product used by thousands of customers worldwide. This role is fundamentally about people leadership - you'll manage, mentor and develop a team of 8 direct reports, shaping culture, driving engagement and enabling performance across onshore and offshore colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, grow and coach a diverse team of engineers (8 direct reports), creating a collaborative, supportive environment where people feel empowered to learn, experiment and do their best work.
- Set clear priorities and delivery outcomes with business leaders and project/program management; balance near‑term commitments with longer‑term product goals.
