A people-first Senior Manager of Application Development to lead a team of 50+ architects, developers, designers, and support specialists across onshore (Connecticut and remote U.S.) and offshore partner models. This role oversees the full lifecycle of enterprise applications - from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment - ensuring stability, performance, and scalability across platforms.
