Senior Manager, Asset Recovery Operations

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, RecoveryHub, the Senior Manager of Asset Recovery Operations will lead a dynamic team of approximately 30 recovery and administration professionals. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly scaling business environment. You will not only oversee daily operations but will be responsible for building and institutionalizing reporting frameworks and operational processes where they do not currently exist. The ideal candidate is an expert prioritizer capable of balancing strategic “big picture” builds with the tactical execution required to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
