Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Manager / Associate Director - Programmatic Demand (o RTB). In this role, you will manage programmatic advertising strategies, oversee demand partnerships and help Ad Ops optimize open real-time bidding (o RTB) campaigns, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with programmatic demand partners, analyzing data for performance improvement, identifying new opportunities for growth, and leading a team to execute programmatic strategies effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring high-quality service delivery will also be essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Programmatic Advertising, o RTB platforms, and a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
- Proven experience in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and Revenue Growth strategies
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Partner Development, and Communication
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Proficiency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and a solid understanding of relevant industry KPIs
- Strategic analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Background in advertising technology, marketing, or related fields is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with diverse teams
- Familiarity with emerging trends and advancements in the programmatic advertising landscape is a plus
