Position: Senior Manager / AVP – Compliance Testing

Reporting to: Lead – Compliance Testing

The role is responsible for conducting compliance reviews of banking functions and new products to provide assurance to management on adherence to regulatory norms. Key responsibilities include preparing compliance review plans, updating review checklists, conducting fieldwork, drafting and finalizing compliance reports, maintaining documentation, tracking open issues, and following up for closures.

The role requires strong knowledge of RBI regulations, banking operations, and compliance testing, along with good research and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: MBA / CA

Experience: CA with 7+ years or MBA with 8–10 years
