Job Description

- Program Leadership & Delivery:
Lead end-to-end execution of the large-scale banking projects, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
Oversee design and rollout of MSME credit interventions, including product customization, pilot implementation, and scale-up.
Provide strategic oversight on institutional diagnostics, operational assessments, and readiness frameworks for financial institutions working in rural/mass market banking.
Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple work streams—products, processes, technology, capacity building, and collections.
