Overview
RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Manager, Business Analyst Payroll Modernization. As a member of RBC’s Payroll & Compensation Modernization team, reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will analyze and elicit business requirements, complete risk analysis and identify solutions through collaboration across teams. You will proactively assess opportunities for operational improvements and application of best practices, and build relationships across stakeholder groups to achieve strategic priorities.
What will you do?
- Developing business requirement documents and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies.
- Eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessments.
