Designation:Senior Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Role Specifications:The incumbent would be responsible for development and execution of Strategic Marketing Plan through customer segmentation, lead generation & handling enquiries through planning, team synchronization, negotiation & contract review to achieve strategic objectives of revenue growth in the allocated region, in a time-bound manner.

Key Deliverables:-

1.Achievement of Strategic objectives of Lead generation and Revenue growth through effective implementation of BMS and Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP)
2.Achievement of Business objectives of revenue growth and gross margin (EBIDTA) through effective implementation of BMS and Strategic Business Plan (SBP)
3.Development of new business opportunities
4.Develop Talented, Experienced and Motivated team to achieve the Departmental Objectives / targets
5.Develop own skills of Team Building, Mentoring and Coaching to effectively perform existing role & for future career growth

Job Description:

1.Develop Corporate Sales independently in the designated region/area
2.Actively seek and develop new prospects through research, cold calling, connects, etc
3.Create Sales Funnel and provide return reports on sales progress and other statistical analysis on calendar basis
4.Establish, Develop and Maintain professional relationships with new clients for future referral
5.To assist Operations, CRM team in post-sales activities and to liaison with departments
6.To prepare proposals, profitability statements and presentations.
7.To maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
8.Be fully aware of new trends and competitor initiatives
9.Represent the company at all times in a professional and ethical manner
10.Provide written reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses on a calendar month basis

5.Prior experience of integrated facilities / physical security industry would be an added advantage



Requirements
Sales & Business Growth ∙Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets ∙Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Integrated FM, Hard FM, and Soft FM services ∙Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across corporate, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients Client & Market Management ∙Coordinate and conduct client meetings, site visits etc ∙Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks ∙Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and networking platforms Team Leadership & Collaboration ∙Work closely with operations, finance, and transition teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery ∙Support RFP/RFQ responses, bid management, and proposal governance Reporting & Governance ∙Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for leadership review ∙Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and compliance with internal sales processes Key Skills & Competencies ∙Strong expertise in Facilities Management services (Integrated FM, Hard FM, Soft FM) ∙Proven leadership experience in B2B sales and business development ∙Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills ∙Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
