In this role you will:
Manages end-to-end process (including conceptualizing and creating the communications strategy, development and delivery of communications, and measuring success) of communications on behalf of assigned portfolios while ensuring alignment with Canadian Banking, Global Corporate Affairs and all-Bank plans and priorities.Leads media relations, developing and executing proactive media strategies driving compelling stories, trains spokespeople, and manages reactive media process.Supports with thought leadership opportunities for Canadian Banking retail leaders, both internally and externally.Spearheads issues management providing proactive, strategic communications advice and support for any issues that may have a reputational risk to the business and/or the Bank, spanning from client escalations to internal remediation projects.Assists in the development and execution of inter...
