In this role you will:
Lead and oversee the change management strategy with key members of the team for the project assigned in alignment with the GHR Change Management framework, focused on embedding the desired behaviours across applicable areas of the organization.Lead the design of change activations, communications and training with key internal partners to deliver the target employee experience in alignment with the strategy. Partner with the Experience Design team and other stakeholders to deliver the necessary user testing required in advance of implementing changes to incorporate feedback to achieve target experience.Lead a change management team to deliver all change tactics including training, communications, and applicable business activities.
