Established in 2005, our services include Landscape Design, Landscape installation, Garden services, Maintenance contracting, Garden restoration, Horticultural consulting, Tree and site surveys. We also provide expert consultation and guidance for integrated farm management. Our clients range from Resorts and Hotels, Residential homes, Vacation homes, Commercial offices and Public spaces.
Role Description
This position is a key position in the Company. You will have to play the role of an overall Manager, Coordinator, Executor and Client Relationship Manager.
Importance must be given to our Client’s and their requirements. As a Manager, your role is pivotal in the success of the Company.
You will have to set the standards for your Team and your focus will determine the approach of your Team members.
Your approach must be detail oriented and sensitive to the requirements of our Clients. Our work varies vastly from Client to Client and therefore you will be required to learn many new concepts, implement them practically with maximum efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
You will have to constantly update yourself on all the trends and improve your technical foundation.
The candidate will have to deal with multiple vendors from different states and bring in new vendors whose products/services will be a valuable addition to our Company.
Apart from preparing Analytical reports on performance you will have to implement new strategies to optimize design and build solutions.
The Candidate will be expected to constantly monitor several aspects of the Business including Sales & Services apart from which you will coordinate affairs of the Company with its Clients and Customers.
You will also have to play a vital role in keeping the human resources of this company at its optimal performance ratio and maintain a positive morale.
