Experience : 8+ years in the Event Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand client needs and effectively communicate the brief to relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure the project is executed successfully, adhering to the established timeline and budget.
  • Organize internal and external resources based on event requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for both external (manpower, event-specific materials, production) and internal resources.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and checklists, monitoring progress to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the production manager to manage the event's budget efficiently.
  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring target goals are met and resources are allocated effectively to projects.
  • Work alongside the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts that align with client expectations.
  • Independently manage small to medium-sized events, while providing leadership and direction for larger teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational capabilities.
