Senior Manager Compensation

Bunge has a very dynamic and exciting opportunity as a Senior Compensation Manager!

In this role you will be responsible for designing, driving and executing critical compensation programs and total rewards strategies. This includes managing the full lifecycle of annual merit and bonus planning from timeline and budget to system configuration, training and robust data‑driven analysis and calibration. You will provide strategic data‑driven input to ensure our total rewards programs are competitive, equitable and perfectly aligned with Bunge’s overall business objectives.
