Senior Manager - Construction

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Construction to lead the safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of construction projects across the UAE. This role is the ultimate site authority, responsible for translating design intent into built reality through strong contractor management, disciplined execution, and close coordination with Design, Commercial, Procurement, and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Leadership & Planning

• Develop and implement construction strategies, programs, and execution plans.
• Lead planning activities including methodology, phasing, logistics, and temporary works.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability on site.

Contractor & Site Management
