**My Role**:
- Daily follow-up with Mfg plants and suppliers to escalate potential operations impacts.
- Lead the escalation process within the company and suppliers, and in collaboration with the SCM operations area.
- Lead command centers in reviewing recovery plans with suppliers That Are Not in compliance.
- Monthly revisions with suppliers for scorecard results and to define action plans to improve the score.
- Support in the recovery cost process to identify liability for downtime and premium expense.
- Collaborate with purchasing for vendor changes and supply chain strategies to coordinate with mfg sites.
- Participation in projects to hit targets for the PC&L area.
