Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Corporate Development plays a critical role in accelerating Certis' transformation into a technology‑driven, future‑ready market leader. As part of a high‑performing, agile Corporate Development team, the role is responsible for shaping and executing the Group's inorganic growth strategy — from strategic planning and deal origination to transaction execution and post‑deal integration support.

This role requires a forward‑looking strategist with strong financial acumen, the ability to translate insight into foresight, and the execution discipline to deliver high‑impact outcomes across mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and cross‑border partnerships.
