Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Understand client requirements and translate them into concepts, space planning, and detailed designs .
Oversee concept design, design development, GFC drawings, and coordination with projects, MEP, and QS teams.
Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and brand standards .
Present design concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders .
Drive design innovation, value engineering, and standardization where required.
Manage and mentor a team of designers; review drawings and ensure quality outputs.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for material selection and execution feasibility .
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices .
Support business development with design inputs, proposals, and pitches .
