Emeritus is looking for a Senior Manager – CRM (Growth Marketing) to join our dynamic global Marketing team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about driving user engagement and revenue growth through data-driven CRM strategies.

As a part of Emeritus, you’ll play a key role in shaping CRM strategy and execution to engage our expanding global learner base. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or CleverTap , working across teams to build impactful, compliant, and highly personalized campaigns.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Owning quarterly revenue targets and designing end-to-end CRM campaigns for growth and reactivation.
  • Collaborating closely with creative, analytics, business, and technology teams.
  • Shaping content and segmentation strategies based on user behavior and business priorities.
  • Running experiments and optimizing personalization frameworks across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Ensuring technical excellence, compliance with data laws, and seamless cross-functional execution.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 6–15 years of experience in growth marketing or CRM roles at technology or fast-growth organizations.
  • Strong analytical acumen and proficiency with tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns for global audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
