WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Assist the Director in delivering and implementing Data, Reporting, Analytics systems, products and services in support of Enterprise Control Testing Operations and ECCO leadershipManages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Lead enterprise-level data analytics, reporting, and insight generation to support senior management decision-making. This role partners closely with peers, Technology partners and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable reporting solutions, develop advanced analytics, and ensure effective use of RBC’s enterprise data platforms.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop and deliver management reports (e.g., service level, performance metrics) and automated dashboards (using tools like Tableau) to enable real-time insights and executive oversight.
