We are hiring a Senior Manager / Delivery Head – Data Engineering to lead and scale a modern, real-time data ecosystem. This role combines deep hands-on architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership.
⚠️ Apache Pinot production experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Own the central data lake & OLAP platform
Lead real-time and batch pipelines (Kafka/MSK, Debezium, Pinot)
Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Data Engineers
Coordinate with Infra, Business & Vendors
Implement observability, alerting, data quality & governance
Handle high-volume data systems end-to-end
