Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to establish, communicate & share operational best practices both with ship & shore, implementing standardized operational metrics (KPIs), monitoring fleet/vessel performance, reporting & following up. He/she shall represent the Decarbonization & Energy Performance team and work alongside the Vessel Operations Strategy team to implement and maintain energy data analytics tool, set vessel targets (KPI), maintain the existing energy benchmarking tools, and further develop them based on the energy savings potential & feedback. The position also involves other advanced operational data analytics projects, hull performance analysis, environmental regulatory compliance and energy technology retrofit assessment, qualification & validation studies.
