Job Description
As a Senior Manager, DevOps Engineer at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the development, deployment, and operationalization of digital services and applications across the Asia Pacific excluding Greater China & Mongolia (APACx) region. This role is central to supporting agile product teams by embedding modern DevOps principles, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will be responsible for building and maintaining automation pipelines, ensuring platform reliability, and integrating security and quality assurance into the development lifecycle.
You will act as a technical generalist – comfortable scripting, automating, and scaling systems – while also serving as a strategic partner to engineering, security, and operations teams.
