Position Summary
Lead the EMEA OEM account team while personally managing one or two strategic customers. The role requires strong people leadership, disciplined process management, and ownership of CRM accuracy to ensure reliable forecasting, transparent reporting, and consistent execution.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers focused on major OEMs.Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and address underperformance directly. Ensure all accounts have documented plans and disciplined follow-up.Process & CRM Management
