  • CUSTOMER

  • Lead / manage a team of Engineers / Technology Specialists and oversee related engineering analysis activities and deliverables focused on AI Security Technology solutions (new) and Automation in the Security Engineering portfolio.
  • Responsible as an individual contributor in a lead capacity to draft strategic roadmaps for the Security Engineering portfolio on a wide variety of functional spaces including Enterprise SIEM, Endpoint Security, Physical Security etc.,
  • Responsible in a lead capacity to assess and plan for security technology integrations.
  • Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment and resource management, and ensures on-going performance feedback and assessments occur and development plans exist for each team member. Engages team with Platform and Journey leads to ensure 2-way feedback of Practitioners occurs.
