Required (Must Have)

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution design, delivery, and production support of complex, enterprise‑scale applications and systems.
  • Hands‑on experience in Mainframe environments, including but not limited to COBOL, IMS, DB2, JCL, and CA7, supporting mission‑critical, high‑availability platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience executing enterprise engineering strategies, including the introduction of tooling and automation across build, test, release, configuration, and operational support activities spanning application, platform, and infrastructure layers.
  • Proven experience acting as a technical leader and application SME, accountable for end‑to‑end solution design, development, deployment, and support across the full lifecycle.
