Role Summary:

The SM – Windows SME Operation will support all Microsoft technologies like Windows OS, M365, Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, Hypervisor etc.. The person would be responsible for activities pertaining to people, process, and technology relevant to smooth functioning of BAU operation for both On-Prem and Cloud .

This role ensures high availability, security, and efficiency of all data center systems, including servers, storage, networking, and power/cooling infrastructure.

Role will require to lead initiatives for implementing new technology projects around automation, log captures, configuration. Migrating and setting up new authentication architecture for windows platform.Expertise around end user windows te...
