The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS-based B2B sales, a strong understanding of financial services, and the ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech, banking, and NBFC clients.<br/><br/>- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Risk, CTOs).<br/><br/>- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and position its AI/ML driven solutions effectively.<br/><br/>- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging fintech disruptions.<br/><br/>- Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing to business expansion.<br/><br/>- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to align sales strategies with business goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Requirements:</b><br/><br/>- Experience: 7+ years in enterprise sales within fintech/SaaS (mandatory).<br/><br/>- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of API-based fintech solutions, digital lending, and risk analytics.<br/><br/>- Proven Track Record: Success in B2B solution sales, preferably in banking/NBFC/fintech.<br/><br/>- Strong Network: Well-connected with banking, NBFC, and fintech ecosystem stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
