Job Description

We are seeking an Experience Engineering Lead – React Native to drive the adoption and evolution of React Native within a large-scale mobile environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in complex, hybrid native/mobile ecosystems and enjoys mentoring teams while delivering high-performance, user-centric applications. You will play a key role in shaping the mobile architecture, collaborating across product, design, and engineering, and leading the integration of React Native into existing iOS and Android applications.

  • Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – onsite 3–4 days/week)
  • Rate Range: $65-70/HR on W2
  • Level: Manager
