Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to manage core accounting, compliance, and financial control functions. The role will work closely with senior leadership and founders, ensuring strong financial governance and accurate reporting to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations , including GL, journal entries, and finalization of accounts
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, etc.)
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls, processes, and documentation
• Support leadership with financial insights, MIS, and analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and process alignment

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-articleship experience
• Strong hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
• Exposure to Manufacturing or Retail environments preferred (open to other industries)
• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management skills
