Senior Manager – Finance (Global MSP Programs | + Countries)

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance to lead global Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations for large-scale MSP programs spanning + countries. This role will manage client billing, collections, vendor payments, multi-currency reconciliations, and compliance across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.

<,>Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global AR/AP operations for MSP programs using VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Workday.
  • Oversee timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and drive DSO reduction.
  • Manage global contractor and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
  • Drive automation and process efficiency through ERP and AI/RPA tools (, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Collaborate with MSP client teams, delivery leaders, payroll, and finance stakeholders to streamline financial operations.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on cash flow, receivables aging, and AP liabilities across regions.
    • <,>Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • –+ years of AR/AP experience, including – years managing global finance operations.
  • Prior experience in MSP/VMS environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of global tax, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Proficiency in VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, and Workday VNDLY.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones while managing high-volume, cross-border financial processes.
