Position: Senior Manager Finance Business Partner
Location: Madurai
Role & responsibilities
Rebate Schemes Management: Design, monitor, and validate rebate structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.Pricing Analysis & Commercial Discussions: Conduct detailed pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.Cost Ownership of Selling and Distribution expenses: Own the budget and actual spend for all Selling and Distribution costs, including freight, logistics, warehousing, and promotional distribution. Monitor and analyse variances to ensure cost efficiency, implement control measures, and collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to optimise spending without impacting service levels. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on S&D expense trends to support informed decision-makingProjected Overdue & Follow-Up: Track and report projected overdue receivables; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collections.Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Customer Compliance: Ensure adherence to customer-specific compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.GST Compliance: Oversee GST-related processes, filings, and reconciliations to ensure full statutory compliance including tax planning of cash for GST.External Scan: Monitor external market and regulatory developments to assess potential financial impacts and recommend proactive measures .Automation & Data Analytics: Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.Closure Compliance of Private Limited Company: Manage and ensure compliance for closure or restructuring activities related to private limited entities which are under closure. Education, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with - years of experience in manufacturing organizations.Minimum years of experience in business finance, controllership, or related roles.Strong knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.Expertise in pricing strategies, rebate management, and financial analysis.Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; exposure to automation tools and data analytics preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive outcomes with accountability.Prior experience in leading and developing finance teams.Led projects on automation.Experience in Manufacturing FMCG will be preferred.
