We are seeking a Senior Manager, FinTech Strategy & Performance to join our team in Berlin, supporting the company’s journey to deliver best-in-class payment and financial services experiences.

Be part of the team shaping our FinTech strategy and execution across 70+ markets worldwide. In this role, you will drive high-impact initiatives that improve FinTech P&L performance, accelerate merchant and customer adoption, strengthen unit economics, and unlock new growth vectors across payments, wallet, lending, and other financial services products. Working closely with central FinTech leadership, regional teams, and local markets, your work will directly influence prioritization, investment decisions, and delivery quality at global scale.
