What you can expect:
Lead the design and execution of a global benefits strategy aligned with STADA’s business and people goalsShape, maintain, and steer global benefits policies and governance, ensuring local alignment and complianceDrive strategic initiatives and projects (e.g., Green Car Policy, health insurance, pensions) across global and local levelsBuild strong partnerships with local C&P leaders, global decision-makers, and finance to ensure effective implementation and financingOversee external vendors and brokers, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends to ensure competitive and cost-effective offeringsUse data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and ensure sustainable budget planningMentor and guide a global Performance & Rewards community, sharing best practices and building internal capabilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic benefits decisions and regulatory considerations Who we are looking for:
5–8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Global Benefits, or HR Controlling, with at least 3 years in large international companiesStrong expertise in designing, managing, and evolving global benefits programs, including pensions and insurance modelsSkilled in stakeholder management across global and local levels, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally (HR, finance, legal)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic, business-focused mindsetExperience working with German co-determination (Mitbestimmung) and Workers’ Councils is a plusStrong leadership presence, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives in a complex matrix organizationFluent in English; additional languages are a plusProfessional certifications (e.g., CEBS, GRP) are desirable What we offer
