Manages and leads a Retail Design team in the execution of real estate strategic initiatives and capital plans to deliver on business and financial goals. Plans and designs exterior and interior spaces within retail and commercial buildings to meet business requirements, brand vision and in accordance with environmental, safety, or other regulations to minimize adverse environmental impact and maximize energy conservation. Governs and evolves Retail Design Guidelines used across the retail portfolio to support the current vision, strategy, and operation of the Bank’s physical channels (i.e. branches and ATMs), engage customers, and meet their needs.
