Must Have Skills

  • 12–15+ years in seat planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or real estate planning within BPO, GCC, Captive, or Tech environments
  • Strong understanding of offshore delivery economics, seat utilization, and growth scalability
  • Proven experience operating in matrixed, globally governed organizations from India
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects involving seating changes, space constraints, and business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable interpreting floor plans, seat maps , and occupancy reports.
  • Up to 10% travel globally, with potentially extended stays—varies as needed.


Good to have Skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders across departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technical industry and call center operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and strategic planning.
  • Good to have proficiency in workforce management tools such as Blue Pumpkin, Aspect, and IEX.
  • Working knowledge of automatic call distributors (Avaya, Nortel, Rockwell) and data warehouse front-end tools (e.g., Business Objects)
