Job Description
As a Senior Manager – Guidewire Configuration Developer, you will be responsible for owning and driving large-scale Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) configuration projects across global P&C clients. This role demands deep functional knowledge, full-stack configuration capabilities, and leadership acumen to build, scale, and govern high-performing Guidewire delivery pods.
You will act as the technical configuration lead across multiple client engagements, directly supervising configuration teams and ensuring consistent delivery aligned to enterprise architecture standards. You will mentor senior developers, drive sprint-level quality and velocity, and maintain a strategic roadmap for configuration excellence across the portfolio.
