Max Healthcare is hiring for Senior Manager (Financial Reporting) - Accounts & Finance


Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finalisation of financial statements in line with Ind AS and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will partner with senior finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong governance, and support key business and Board-level decision making.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual books. Review of Consolidated balance sheet, Consolidated statement of Profit and loss, Consolidated cash flow statement for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS and Company accounting policies.
  • Preparation of quarterly consolidated financial results and annual financial statements Coordination with external auditors and consultants.
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with approved scheme of mergers, amalgamation including business combination under common control.
  • Evaluation of proposed business transactions in line with Ind AS like evaluation of business acquisition agreements like Put option agreement, Power purchase agreement, and bill discounting arrangements.
  • Preparation of financial data for annual report, XBRL filing of annual statements, ESG report, and BRSR.
  • Preparation of quarterly deck for audit committee containing key updates, matters and summary of financial performance of the Max Healthcare Group.
  • Supporting senior finance management with the key financial numbers for informed decision making
  • Ensuring compliance with key secretarial regulations mainly Regulation 16 & 24 (material subsidiary), Regulation 23 (related party transactions including material related party transactions), Regulation 17 & 18 (Material defaults and substantial defaults by the Listed company and their subsidiaries), Regulation 24 (Significant transactions entered by subsidiary of listed company)
  • Ensuring accurate data flow in the implementation of new accounting software/ERP


Experience & Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – is a must - 7+ years post qualification experience
  • Experience with top 5 auditing firms will be an added advantage
