 ## Role overview 

 Hiring-focused HR leadership role with 7–8 years of experience, preferably from the quick commerce industry. 

 Owns leadership pipeline building, senior-level hiring and strategic HR support to top management.

## Key responsibilities 

 Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles across functions

 Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and build a strong leadership team. 

Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with growth plans and employer branding in the quick commerce ecosystem.

 Drive HR initiatives to strengthen culture and employee engagement; support people strategy, workforce planning and HR advisory. 

Oversee onboarding of senior hires and support performance management.

## Qualifications 

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. 

 7–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in quick commerce, with proven senior/leadership hiring and strong stakeholder management skills.
