This position should be a logical successor to Senior Director HR. 

Lead as a Business Partner Head for Turkey. Act as a facilitator and influencer on strategic HR topics.  Manage and lead the HR team in the market covering domains like HRM, Rewards, Recruitment, Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility. Provide the best HR solutions to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people.
