**Senior Manager, HRBP**
**Title:** **Manager, HRBP**
**Function & Business Unit:** **Human Resources, AMEA Snacks**
**Location:** **Bandar Enstek, Malaysia**
**Reports to:** **Associate Director, HR, Enstek**
**Global Level:** **GL 4 (Proposed)**
+ The role will be responsible for partnering with ~100 employees across Corporate Functions, Quality, and Engineering. Scope includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, organizational design support, and executing the communications and engagement strategy within these functions.
+ The role will be part of the Plant HR Leadership team and will report to the Head of HR, Enstek Plant.
+ The role will work closely with Senior HRBP and function heads to deliver the HR agenda at both technician and salaried levels
