AB InBev India is looking to hire a Senior Manager – People Business Partner (Supply) for its People function, based out of Bangalore with a 5-day Work from Office mode.
Objective of the Role
Partner with Supply leaders to drive the people agenda and key priorities aligned with the One-Year Plan (1YP). Deliver business results by managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline for our breweries and supply operations. Additionally, lead strategic Learning & Development initiatives to upskill and future-proof our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Talent Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to Supply leadership teams, driving the people agenda to enable business outcomes.
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure internal talent receives robust career development opportunities, exposure, and experiences.
- Implement and coach leaders on People Cycle processes for efficiency and impact.
- Monitor HR compliance with national legislation, evaluate changes, and adapt processes accordingly.
- Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Lead key people projects for Supply, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Learning & Development (Expanded Scope)
- Design and implement a strategic L&D roadmap for Supply, focusing on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and future-ready competencies.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
- Drive digital learning adoption and innovative training methods (e.G., microlearning, blended learning).
- Develop succession planning frameworks and leadership development programs for critical roles.
- Measure learning effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuously improve programs.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning across breweries and supply chain teams.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor HR budgets and develop action plans to close gaps.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain high standards of compliance and governance.
Education & Experience
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, preferably with exposure to Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in talent management and Learning & Development strategy.
