Senior Manager, Human Resources

Overview

Sodexois seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to support Sodexo’s HR team at University Hospitals located in Cleveland, OH. This position will provide support for the HR Business partner segment, working to drive, design, implement and manage HR programs/ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and has the ability to support multiple HR projects. The role requires critical thinking, presentation skills, ability to pivot, effective communication and organization/project management skills, and collaboration across functions.
