Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of MEP, IBMS, and CPMS systems for data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across multiple domains, proven leadership capabilities, and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the execution, installation, and commissioning of MEP, IBMS, and CPMS systems for mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of IBMS subsystems including:
  • Building Management System (BMS)
  • Fire Alarm System (FAS)
  • Public Address System (PAS)
  • IP CCTV & Surveillance
  • VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)
  • Water Leak Detection System
  • Critical Power Monitoring System (CPMS)
