Your Tasks

  • Manage the integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes of our portfolio companies on-site and support the Operations finance workstream
  • Work closely with the CFO, the local finance team as well as the Mutares restructuring team on site and the Mutares Group finance team of the Holding
  • Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Mutares Group (e.g. establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion)
  • Manage and improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and at the same time establish a well-functioning finance organisation in the portfolio company
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes
