Job Description

You shall be primarily responsible for delivering various critical components of the B2 C business P&L and customer metrics. You will play a critical role in laying out a multi-year strategy for the evolution and growth of the business, as well as lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will own customer metrics, growth, CVPs, and conversions for multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Manage key business metrics including:
β€’ Customer acquisition and retention
β€’ Conversion
β€’ Segment / booking volumes
β€’ Net revenue
β€’ Revenue per segment
β€’ Marketing / discounts per segment
β€’ EBIT
β€’ P&L Focus: Manage various components of the P&L.
β€’ Work closely with Marketing and Central teams on traffic growth, CVPs, and improving the share of sustainable traffic.
β€’ Supplier Relationships: Provide critical inputs to the Supplier Relations team for ongoing discussions with various airlines.
β€’ Product: Monitor global trends in consumer behaviour and use a deep understanding of consumer and airline needs to evolve the Cleartrip Air product in conjunction with the Product team.
β€’ Cross-Functional Ownership:
Work closely with internal teams across Product, Technology, Fulfilment, Customer Support, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing. The role involves managing relationships and taking accountability for end-to-end delivery of tasks to drive traffic growth, conversion, and incremental revenue for each category.
β€’ Pricing and Promotions:
Ideate sales promotions with marketing teams and manage website pricing through benchmarking.
β€’ Presentation and Reporting:
Performance reporting and presentations to internal and external stakeholders and leaders.

Desired Candidate
β€’ Prior experience in Growth / P&L / Category Management / Corporate Development / Corporate Strategy / Product Management preferred.
β€’ Approximately 7–12 years of experience.
β€’ Growth-oriented mindset is a must.
β€’ Prior online and travel industry experience preferred.
β€’ Excellent understanding of market and consumer trends.
β€’ Highly analytical with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google tools.
β€’ Experience with web analytics, data analytics, decision-making & BI tools such as:
β€’ Google Analytics (GA)
β€’ SQL
β€’ R / Python
β€’ Tableau
β€’ Qlik Sense / Qlik View
β€’ Power BI
β€’ Self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with different functional teams and leadership levels to drive objectives.
β€’ Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills.
β€’ Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
