Position- Senior Manager, Infrastructure Managed Service
Must have skill- Experience working on Enterprise system, IT as a service, Experience in Supporting Team Leaders, Escalations management, project management, Team collaboration, Reviewing KRA's KPI's , Process improvement ,continuous improvement.
Total year of experience- 10+ years with 5 year working with cross functional team
Shift Timings: 2 PM-11 PM IST (flexible availability required)
Job Location-Pune -work from office.
JOB SUMMARY:
Accendra Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their global Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) team. The Senior Manager will oversee delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure services used to support business processes across the enterprise. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing operational and service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and agility goals relating to IT infrastructure are achieved. This role is considered to be a member of the IT leadership team, and as such will contribute to the development and execution of Accendra’s IT strategy and ensures its alignment with overall business strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage multiple technical teams focused on managing and monitoring daily IT operations, including servers, network, telephony, and software.
•Oversee maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting activities in partnership with the IT Service Management team.
•Support Accendra IT Service Management change management and problem management process.
•Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the IMS team.
•Ensure adherence to Accendra IT policies and procedures; support development of operational documentation.
•Support the development of Infrastructure Managed Services sourcing strategy and provides oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.
•Work with HR and the IT leadership teams to develop an Infrastructure Services human capital strategy that aligns with the business and IT strategy. Continually looks for leading-edge and innovative solutions to the recruitment, development, and retention of the Infrastructure Services workforce.
•Assist in the forecasting of skills needs to acquire and develop an IT workforce with the appropriate mix of business knowledge, technical skills, and competencies that balance growing the agility required to achieve digital business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable, and efficient.
•Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to support performance, engagement, and development.
•Develop quarterly goals, complete performance evaluations, and create individualized development plans for team members.
•Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the infrastructure managed services leadership team and staff.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•This position manages all middle management of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of middle management within the department.
EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study
•Minimum of ten years in progressing IT roles
•Minimum of five years direct supervisory experience
•Or any equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
•Experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts (strategic planning, organization design and development, etc.)
•Experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments highly preferred
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy
•Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT
•Effective influence and negotiation skills in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role
•Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
•Understanding of current and emerging IMS technologies and practices and how other enterprises are employing them
•Success in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as emerging methods like Dev Ops that are optimized for agility
•Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic people plan that ensures that the right people are in the right roles at the right time and that employees are highly engaged and satisfied
•Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage resources internal and external to the enterprise to enhance capabilities that support business objectives
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IMS workforce
•Working understanding of technologies required for datacenter and network operations.
•Self-driven, motivated IT leader with strong analytical skills and executive presence with the ability to effectively influence change.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
•Comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction; able to adjust workload based upon rapidly changing priorities.
•Position requires flexibility to respond to mission critical IT-related issues occurring outside of standard business hours.
