We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager to join our Investments team at Marsh. This hybrid role, based in Mumbai, offers the opportunity to manage and support a talented team while delivering exceptional client service within our Investment Solutions (OCIO) client management function.

We will count on you to:
- Manage, mentor and work with an experienced team, ensuring productivity, goal achievement, and effective resolution of complex issues.
- Serve as escalation point for the team managing Investment Only clients, including review and quality assurance of monthly and quarterly investment reports.
- Develop deep expertise in Mercer’s delegated fund structures and investment solutions to effectively communicate and advise both colleagues and clients.
- Respond competently to client queries, including operational matters, with a strong client-centric approach.
- Translate central global investment materials into clear, client-friendly content for meetings and presentations.
- Analyze research papers (e.g., ESG topics), distill key insights, and create concise, impactful slide decks.
- Review and manipulate investment data and outputs, providing insightful commentary and identifying key performance drivers or detractors.
- Monitor project and delivery timelines rigorously to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Mercer’s client service delivery across the Investment Solutions client base, ensuring a scalable, first-class customer experience.
- Support Mercer consultants and colleagues with performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentary, and presentation development.
- Collaborate closely with operational, portfolio management, and consulting teams across Mercer, managing diverse projects as they arise.
- Train and develop junior team members involved in client management and centralized content functions.
- Drive the enhancement of Mercer’s centralized content framework by supervising and actively participating in the creation of materials for both clients and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8 +years of relevant work experience in investment or related domains.Energetic, proactive, and efficiency-driven professional with a strong desire to deliver results.
- Degree from a top-tier college and/or a master’s in finance; CFA qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10 to 15 members is desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts clearly and coherently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in relationship management or consulting is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of investment markets across a broad range of asset classes.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
