Job Description
Oister Global is looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund reporting, or a related role within venture capital, private equity, private credit, asset management, or a family office environment. Familiarity with AIF structures, fund lifecycles, capital calls and distributions, reserves, and portfolio reporting is essential, along with experience producing investor-facing materials and engaging with sophisticated LPs. Strong writing, sound judgment, and strong academic credentials are required. An undergraduate degree is mandatory, with MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent a plus.
As India’s alternatives market expands, this role will help set the standard for how investors engage with the asset class through Oister, making complexity usable without losing detail. As the investor base grows, the role can expand into broader Investor Relations ownership with strategic responsibility.
