Senior Manager, Issue Management

The Senior Manager, Issues Management role within the Operational Non‑Financial Risk (ONFR) Program team will be instrumental in supporting the enterprise‑wide Issues Management Program and related initiatives for ongoing maturity within the risk management framework. Issue Management is an established program with distributed responsibilities, and the Sr. Manager will collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic leadership in Issue Management, supporting both established activities as well as the cycle of continuous improvement that is key to Issue Management. The Sr. Manager serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to stakeholders in all aspects of Issue Management.
