Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Global Collections GPO Ownership: Own and govern the end-to-end global collections process, including customer segmentation, dunning strategies, dispute coordination, and recovery management, ensuring standardized and scalable collections frameworks.
  • Collections Process Optimization: Drive global process harmonization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve recovery rates, reduce past dues, and optimize DSO across regions and business units.
  • Automation & Digital Enablement: Lead automation and analytics initiatives (RPA, AI-driven collections tools, HighRadius, SAP FSCM) to enable predictive collections, prioritize worklists, and improve collector productivity.
  • Credit, Dispute & Risk Collaboration: Partner with Credit, Billing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes, manage credit risk, and embed preventive controls within the collections process.
  • Governance, KPIs & Stakeholder Management: Define global policies, KPIs, and dashboards (DSO, past dues, CEI, dispute aging); lead governance forums and ensure adoption of standardized collections processes globally.
